Heating – an Elemental Difference?

Out of all of the home heating options, when we talk about whole-house solutions, it really comes down to two systems, with an elemental difference – air (ducted heating) and water (hydronic heating).

Warm Bath or Dust Storm? You Decide.

Air: Ducted Heating

Fan-forced air, blown in via a system of ducts or outlets – air quickly drifts upwards and dissipates, sometimes held in uneven pockets, held in by insulation.

Water: Hydronic Heating

An ever-circulating stream of water moving in closed system beneath your floor surface and/or through placed radiators in your home. The heat may very well end up pocketed in the roof, but the difference is the radiant slow-waltz through the space that you inhabit.
